 2.The Working Process of the cassava crusher :
<1>Lifting Secion:  

       To convey the fresh cassava roots to the washing and peeling machine,the lifting speed can be adjusted.

<2>Washing and Peeling Section: 

        To remove the stone,sand or soil from the fresh cassava roots and peel it;

<3>Crushing Section:

        To make the starch out from the cassava with advanted technology,our machine can make 95% starch out from cassava.

<4> Filtering Section: 

     To remove the sand and residues and milk from the wet starch.

<5>Concentration and refining Section:

      To refine,concentrae and whiten the starch,and remove the yellow stains from the starch milk.

<6>Dehydration Section:

     To reomve the water in the starch milk,after dewatering,the moisture concent of the wet starch will be 40%.
 

<7>Drying Section:

      To make the wet starch with 40% moisture be 13% moisture dry cassava starch.

<8>Screening Section:

     To make sure all the starch is uniform fineness.

<9>Packing and Storage Section:

     To pack the dry starch in25-50kg/bag
