Our rice processing machine adopts advanced technology, scientific and mature process. A complete rice milling plant includes cleaning--destoning--husking--separating-- milling--polishing--grading--color sorting--packing, and the final white rice is first grade quality, which can meet international import and export standards. Product process details description

1) Cleaning and destoner: Using the cleaner to clear out some big, small and light impuries such as dust, straw and so on; Use the dedtoner to remove stones in paddy. If there are some impurities and stones when processing, it can not only affects the safety of production, influence the quality of rice, but also is harmful to human health.

2) Husking(remove outer peel). Remove the husk of paddy and make it brown rice.

3) Paddy separator: separate the mixture of paddy and brown rice, and st the same time, the paddy will return husker again to remove shell.

4) Milling(remove inner peel).  After husking and separating, the material we get is clean brown rice, which has more fiber on its surface, it will affect the quality of rice, so we use rice miller to remove the husk of brown rice to make it more whiter and uniform with less broke rice.

5) polishing and grading. Grading machine is used to separate different quality rice and separate broken rice from the good ones.Good rice come through the polishing machine, it will make the milling rice become more beautiful color and more smooth, thus to increase the quality of rice.

6) Color sorting. The rice we get from above step still has some bad rice, broken rice or some other grains or stone.So here we use color sorting machine to select the bad rice and other grains.
Color sorting machine is an important machine to ensure we can get high quality rice.
 
7)Packing. The finished rice now is ready! Let's use our automatic weighing and packing machine to make them into 5kg 10kg or 50kg bags. This machine is electric type, you can set it like a small computer, then it will start working according to your request.
