Processing flow of Rice Mill Machines
Rice Cleaning --destoner-- rice husking--rice separator -- rice mill-- rice polishing--rice grading -- rice corlor sorting --rice packing.
1) Rice Cleaning The machine is used to clear out various big,small,light mexed impurity substances in grain, the machine has well cleaning efficiency on remove impurity of grain.
2) Rice destoner
The machine is able to remove stone from grains, such as wheat, paddy, rice ,etc.
3) Husking Rice husking machine realizes the hulling pupose through press and twist force between a pair of rubber rolls and by weight pressure, then brown rice and rice husk seperatly by air force.
4) Rice Separator The machine is used to separate mixture of paddy and husked rice(also called brown rice),then paddy will go to rice husk machine again to remove shell.
5) Rice Mill The machine is used for milling brown rice into white rice, which make rice more white and uniform with less broken rate.
6) Rice Polishing(mist type) Rice come through the polishing machine, it will make the milling rice become more beautiful color and more smooth, thus to increase the quality of rice.
7) Rice Grader Rice grader is new upgraded product, with different dimensions for kernels, through different dimensions of perforated screens with movment, so whole rice, head rice, broken rice and small brokens will be seperated.
8) Color Sorting The rice we get from above step still has some yellow, black rice etc, so here we use color sorting machine to select the bad rice.Color sorting machine is an important machine to ensure we can get high quality rice.
9)Packing The finished high quality rice will be packed, thepacking machine can pack 10-50kg/bag, packing scale can be adjustable. This machine is electric type, you can set it like a small computer, then it will start working according to your request.
