Flow chart:

1. Cassava washing and peeling: wash and peel cassva tubers, which has brush type peeling machine, piddle type washing machine
2. Cassava grater: grating cassava tubers
3. Dewater and drying machine: removed water from grated cassava, after dewater and drying, mostire is about 40%.
4. Frying: there are electricity, gas and diesel type garri fryer, the machine is automatic working, there is a control pannel to control wroking temperature and time, so garri cannot be burnt.
5. Sieving: to keep garri fitness
6. Packing: the machine can pack 1-5000g/bag and 10-50kg/bag.
